Our top priority is to instill the skills, confidence, and discipline needed to support your child's current and future success in sports and lifelong fitness. We do not run youth athletes through adult programs. Everything is designed specifically for developing bodies.
OSP has been developing youth athletes in Stafford and Sugar Land for over 20 years. The coaches know how to push young athletes hard enough to grow, while keeping things safe, age-appropriate, and actually fun.

Every new athlete starts with a free consultation and an assessment. We evaluate where they are, build a plan around their sport and age, and get them on the right schedule.
