Free Fitness Assessment for Athletes & Adults in Sugar Land & Stafford, TX

The assessment is the entry point to our training model. Every client begins here before starting any sessions. It is a 45-minute personalized session designed to evaluate where you are, understand what your body can do, and build a clear plan to get you where you want to go.

Most training programs skip this step. We built our entire model around it. The assessment gives Coach Michael and the team a real understanding of your body before a single rep is programmed.

Training History Review Discuss your background, past workout experience, and what has or hasn't worked for you before.
Goal Setting Identify what you actually want to accomplish so the program is built around outcomes that matter to you.
Full Injury History Review past injuries, surgeries, and limitations so we have a clear picture of what your body has been through.
Nutrition Habits Review A quick look at your current nutrition habits to better inform programming and recovery.
Anthropometric Data Height, weight, wingspan, waist-to-hip ratio, and other key measurements that inform program design.
Range of Motion Assessment Full joint-by-joint range of motion screen to identify mobility strengths and limitations throughout the body.
Full Movement Screen A comprehensive movement evaluation to assess joint mobility, stability, and any compensations that need to be addressed.

A Note on the Youth Assessment

While the youth assessment follows the same foundational process as our standard evaluation, it features a shortened joint range of motion screen making it more time-efficient while still providing valuable insight for safe, effective training. The goal is the same — understand the athlete, build the right plan — just calibrated for younger bodies and shorter attention spans.
