Sports performance training focuses on improving strength, speed, agility, mobility, endurance, and injury prevention to help athletes perform better in their sport. At OSP, every program is built on proven exercise science and designed around the specific demands of your sport and position.
We work with athletes of all ages — from youth and middle school to high school, college, professionals, and adults. Every program is thoughtfully designed to match each age and ability level.

A Sports Performance Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of your strength, mobility, movement, and overall athletic ability. Our owner and head strength coach, Michael Donovan, will review your goals, training history, injury history, and nutrition, take key measurements, and conduct a movement screen to create a personalized training plan.

Yes! New athletes and adults are welcome to one complimentary trial session to experience our group training classes. Visit our Contact page to inquire and schedule your trial.
You can start training as soon as you purchase a package. Once your payment is processed, you can book your first group training session right away.
To sign up for class, download the Optimal Sports Performance app. From there you can manage your profile, schedule sessions, and track your packages all in one place.
For 1-on-1 personal training sessions, please schedule through our support email at [email protected].
Memberships are billed monthly based on your original sign-up date. All memberships automatically renew unless canceled with proper notice through the OSP app.
Group Training: You can book group training classes up to 7 days in advance through the OSP app. Class registration closes 1 hour before the session begins.
Personal Training: To schedule 1-on-1 sessions, email our support team. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
Group Training: If you do not attend or cancel at least 1 hour before the class start time, the session will be marked as a late cancellation or no-show and the class credit will be forfeited.
Personal Training: If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, the session credit will be forfeited.
Members are required to cancel through the OSP app. To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to your billing date. Requests received after this timeframe will take effect in the following billing cycle.
Please note that no exceptions or refunds will be issued.
All members, athletes, and drop-ins are required to reserve and check in through the OSP app prior to the start of class.
If you do not have an active membership or have run out of credits, you will be automatically charged a drop-in fee when attending a class without a pre-paid session.
Arriving to a group training session without a reservation will result in an automatic $10 fee. Early check-ins allow our coaches to prepare effectively and help respect everyone's time.
All sessions will start and end on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to join the next available group. We appreciate your understanding and continued commitment to our community.
All event ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Yes. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 48 hours before the event date.
If you notify us at least 48 hours before the event, we can issue a credit to be used toward a future event within 90 days.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for transfers or event credit.
