The Adult Fitness Group is designed to target every major muscle group — upper body, lower body, and core — through powerful compound movements that build real, functional strength. Not circuits, not cardio disguised as lifting. Actual strength training that produces results you can see and feel.
Each session incorporates movements like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, rows, and overhead presses, ensuring a balanced workout that improves endurance, coordination, and overall performance. The sessions are coached, structured, and designed to keep you progressing week over week.
